Open Water Rowers

Posted by on in Documentary Feature

The senior male category from Santa Cristina Rowing Club of Lloret de Mar, three ex-members of the team and the helmswoman, set themselves the challenge of covering the greatest distance in fixed seat rowing history. With this goal in mind, they left from their town to face the Mediterranean Sea and the 111 open water nautical miles that separated them from Menorca’s Ciutadella port. Against this backdrop, we join the training of the protagonists and the tough and intense competition of the Catalan Rowing League in which they also participated in order to experience the moving story of achievement, bravery and resilience of this group of friends that got together to attempt to accomplish a shared dream.
