A documentary film about the extraordinary challenge of a Polish runner who was the first to attempt to run 1000 km through the difficult terrain of northern Pakistan, along the three highest mountain ranges in the world: the Hindu Kush, the Karakoram and the Himalayas. All that to help children beat cancer.
“KarakoRun” is an inspiring film that asks the question whether a long and difficult run can be an allegory for the fight against serious disease. It is a story about courage, perseverance, and at the same time an attempt to understand whether physical challenges can be transformed into a symbol of hope and determination.
